Land Morphology is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Landscape Architect with strong design and technical skills to help lead projects from concept through construction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design thinking and project leadership—someone who can guide a team, communicate clearly with clients and consultants, and help create beautifully detailed work. The position involves managing project schedules and deliverables, overseeing construction documentation, coordinating consultants, and contributing to design direction across a range of project scales.

We are looking for a thoughtful and collaborative person with experience in high-end residential work and a passion for planting design, detailing, and creating meaningful landscapes.

qualifications

  • Registered Landscape Architect preferred

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, horticulture, or related field

  • Experience with high-end residential landscape design

  • Strong design, organization, and project management skills

  • Experience producing and overseeing construction documentation and construction administration

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; Revit experience is a plus

  • Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in resilient and plant-forward design approaches

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from concept through construction

  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and consultant teams

  • Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staff

  • Produce and oversee drawing sets, detailing, and specifications

  • Support and mentor junior staff

  • Participate in internal design reviews and studio collaboration

  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and marketing efforts as needed

  • Travel periodically for site visits and client meetings

Requirements

  • Registered Landscape Architect preferred

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture

Salary Range

 $100,00-$120,000 Salary + Profit Sharing ranging from 10%-20% of Salary.
