The landscape surrounding this Roland Terry–designed residence was reimagined to celebrate its mid-century modern character and stunning lakeside setting. The rolling lawn now descends to Lake Washington via elegantly crafted turf stair treads, creating a seamless transition between home and shoreline.
At the front, a redesigned garden enhances the approach and provides a striking sense of arrival. Broad sweeps of simple, textural plantings offer year-round color while echoing the refined geometry of Terry’s architecture.
